Purchase Procedure
Below is a simplified procedure for purchasing a vehicle from the USA and Canada
Step 1: Vehicle Selection
The first step is to make your choice of vehicle, using our types or by yourself, from vehicle search engines on auction portals (list of portals is below). We check each vehicle under its current history and any hidden problems. We are responsible and liable for each car and its condition in writing.
Step 2: Agreement
After choosing the vehicle, we will inform you about the estimated transaction costs. Most vehicles on the US market are auctioned, so you decide how much you will bid for the vehicle. At this stage, you are signing a contract between the parties and paying a deposit for the car in the amount of 10% of the auctioned amount (the value cannot be less than USD 800).
Step 3: Deposit
The deposit is a form of security for the auction house, in case a customer withdraws from the purchase of a selected vehicle. The deposit is returned within 2 business days to the Customer's account at the time when the vehicle is not awarded at the auction, i.e. our offer will not be the highest.
Step 4: Won at Auction !!!
If we win the vehicle at auction, the customer is obliged to pay the rest of the required amount within 2 business days. This is a prerequisite to avoid additional charges.
Step 5: Transport
After making the transfer and posting it on our account, the vehicle is transported by land and sea to the port of destination. The location of the container is monitored by us on an ongoing basis. At the destination port, we cover our client's fees related to the customs procedure, which you are paying at the time when the car is delivered to the agreed location.
Step 6: Delivery
The car is delivered to the address provided by the customer. As previously agreed, we can take care of the vehicle's repairs and tax office notification.
